***We had a great meeting on September 25 -- fascinating intros of truly incredible diverse interests in media and digital media practices, delicious lunch, and much energy and enthusiasm!***  -- our founding meeting in Megan Boler's own words.

The experience was repeated on December 5, 2008, with more people joining, and will continue throughout the New 2009 Year, with collaborative projects in the following categories:

• literacy/post-literacy
• media behaviours
• privacy and surveillance
• religion and the public sphere
• anything else people may get/already are passionate about???
